At NBC in room one we have been learning how to do exposition. We started by doing why we should not have a class captain or why we should have a class captain.

                                                       Upset class
I think that there should not be a class captain it is just not fair.

My first reason is that people will get mad at the class captain, because the class captain had not completed the idea that they wanted. There would be lots of ideas being altered and lost, because the class captain did not agree with that suggestion. Amazing plans would come through, but only if the class captain agrees. It's like u are playing a game of jackpot.if your idea got accepted the likelihood of that happening is pretty low.

My second reason is that the class captain might end up thinking that they are better than the rest of the class. They would not listen to anyone else. Maybe they will end up putting people down. People would get left out fast because of one small accident which has happened.

My third reason is that only one or four people would get a chance to be class captain. If only a couple of people get a chance it's not teaching the others anything or to have faith in themselves. Believing to be what you want is something stronger than metal but when you lose faith in yourselve you have a lower chance of being what ever you want.

In conclusion I think that it would end up being a big disaster, people getting angry, have no self belief and thinking everyone is not at the same level as the rest of the class. That is why I think in our class we should not have a class captain.
